Domestic Shipping:
Monomoy offers free domestic shipping on orders $75+, and flat fee shipping of $7.99 on orders under $75. The method with which your order will ship is determined by our shipping department upon the packing of your order.
We are unable to accommodate order comments with specific shipping instructions such as "drop over fence" or "leave on back porch".
*Monomoy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are marked as "Delivered"*
**Monomoy does not refund shipping costs due to weather related delays or other extenuating circumstances**
International Shipping:
For orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S. we ship with DHL, FedEx, and USPS. The following shipping methods are available upon checkout, depending on the weight/dimensions of your order and the "ship to" country.
- DHL Express: Approx. 1-3 business day service
- FedEx International Priority: Approx. 1-3 business day service
- USPS Priority International: Approx. 6-10 business day service**
- USPS First Class International: Approx. 7-21 business day service**
Shipping service days to not include the production and handling time for your made-to-order items, which could take from 48 hours to 2 weeks depending on the items ordered, quantity, and inventory at the time of order.
**The USPS international shipping methods do not guarantee delivery times. The quoted time frames are approximate, and could take fewer or more days to arrive. There is no tracking or insurance associated with the USPS international shipping methods, thus Monomoy is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages using these methods.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, fees, duties, brokerage fees, etc. once the package leaves the warehouse and for importing the items into their country. They are required to be paid upon delivery. Monomoy reserves the right to charge the original method of payment if they are not paid upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
At Monomoy, quality craftsmanship is our guarantee and we take full ownership of the quality of the products we produce for our customers. While most of our products are made-to-order and personalized for you, we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order if there are defects. If you have an issue with an order you have received, please Contact Us with your order number and details about your concern. As a customer service focused company, we will personally and thoughtfully address your concern and promptly process your return or exchange if necessary.
