- Etching is only available in one solid dark brown fill color, which occurs when the laser removes the surface layer of leather.

Requirements
Deboss patches are created by using a custom-made magnesium stamp to heat-press designs directly into the leather.
- Minimum of 24 hats: $40 stamp fee
- Minimum of 48 hats: NO stamp fee
- Foil stamping is available for adding color to patch designs
- One color limit per design
- Color Foil Stamping Additional fee:
- $2 per hat - Orders under 48 hats
- $1 per hat - Orders of 48 hats or more

Can I see how my custom hat will look before I order?
Absolutely! We offer a Real-Time Design Tool on every product page so you can visualize your custom hat instantly. Simply upload your logo, adjust the placement, and see your design come to life. No more waiting days for a mockup—you can design, tweak, and approve your hat in real-time before you even hit "Add to Cart." If your design doesn't look right on our website's instant mock-up fuction, don't worry! Upload any image, and our design team will do their best to adjust and refine it to ensure it looks its best on our leather patches. We will send you a digital proof to review the design before production.
How does your digital proof process work?
Digital proofs allow you to preview and approve your custom design before our team begins production. We’re happy to make as many adjustments as needed until we receive your final approval! Proofs will typically arrive within 1-2 bussiness days. Even if you do NOT request a proof, please keep an eye out for an email from Monomoy as we may reach out for clarification on your design.We will do our best to send follow-up emails and get in contact with you. However, if we do not receive a response within 12 days of sending you your original proof, we’ll proceed with production as shown and no further changes can be made after that point.
How are your leather patches attached to the hats?
We use a dual-attachment process that sets the industry standard for durability. First, we apply a permanent thermal adhesive to bond the patch to the hat. While most competitors stop there, we go a step further by stitching every patch directly onto the hat with heavy-duty thread. This "double-lock" method ensures your patches will literally last longer than the hats themselves—no peeling, no lifting, and no compromise.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We pride ourselves on one of the fastest turnarounds in the industry. Once you approve your digital proof, your order is typically manufactured and shipped within 10 business days. Because we are an actual US-based manufacturer and handle everything in-house, we can maintain this speed without sacrificing the quality of your leather patches or stitching.
