Patch Type Pricing
Laser etching is our standard way of creating custom patches! By default, when you place an order through our website, your patches will be etched.

Etch Color Options
- Etching is only available in one solid dark brown fill color, which occurs when the laser removes the surface layer of leather.
Deboss patches are created by using a custom-made magnesium stamp to heat-press designs directly into the leather.
Requirements
- Minimum of 24 hats: $40 stamp fee
- Minimum of 48 hats: NO stamp fee
Adding color with foil stamping
- One color limit per design
- Color Foil Stamping Additional fee:
- $2 per hat - Orders under 48 hats
- $1 per hat - Orders of 48 hats or more
Side patches available for adding another small design to your hat.
