Digital proofs allow you to preview and approve your custom design before our team begins production. We’re happy to make as many adjustments as needed until we receive your final approval!

Even if you do NOT request a proof, please keep an eye out for an email from Monomoy as we may reach out for clarification on your design.
Proofs will typically arrive within 1-2 bussiness days.

Proof Approvals
Orders typically ship within 7–10 days after we receive your approval. We will do our best to send follow-up emails. However, if we do not receive a response within 12 days of sending you your original proof, we’ll proceed with production as shown and no further changes can be made after that point.
Changes & Warnings
If our team makes any design adjustments to improve clarity, these changes will be noted on the proof so you can review them carefully and confirm you’re happy with the final design before production begins. We’ll also highlight any potential problem areas if certain details may not etch well. From there, we can work together to refine the design, or if you’re comfortable with those areas being less visible, you may approve the design as is.
